What is the watch made of?
Our watches are made of stainless steel. The glass is mineral glass with a sapphire coating.

What kind of movement is used?
PERDITI watches have a Swiss movement.

How long is the battery life of my watch?
Batteries in our watches are expected to last for 5 years, depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: outside temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

Is my watch waterproof?
A PERDITI timepiece is water-resistant to 5ATM. The watches can cope with some water, but they are not suitable for snorkelling or scuba diving with compressed air. We recommend that you avoid all contact with water.

Can I wash my watch strap?
Leather watch strap - We recommend that you do not wash the leather wristband. Exposure to water can dry out the leather and may cause damage to the strap. A local watchmaker or watch shop will probably have cleaners especially for leather.

Are all PERDITI bags made from leather?

All PERDITI  products comply with EU regulations of the definition of Leather. This means that the main part of the bag will be built from leather and some details might be from other products like PU or steel.

How can I best protect the leather of my PERDITI bag?
Please know that PERDITI bags are made of genuine leather.
The quality of the leather can be negatively influenced by external factors like perspiration, dirt and moisture.

We advise you to regularly use a leather protective spray as well as regularly using a care product designed for the material of the leather in order to protect your favorite bag from external factors.

Are PERDITI bags unisex?

Perditi bags were originally designed with women in mind, but the amount of men wearing the bags are significantly increasing.

Can I adjust my order after I have placed it?

No, our order and shipment processes are automated. Which means that our order will be processed as soon as you place it.

Can I buy a gift card for PERDITI.COM

It’s not possible to acquire a gift card online yet. We are looking into the possibility for gift cards in the future, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Can I place an order from every country in the world?
Almost. On the check-out page there is a drop down menu which allows you to choose the shipping country. If the desired shipping country cannot be found in that dropdown menu, you can contact our customer service, and they will try to further assist you.
Please note that the price for the different products is displayed on our website. This price includes taxes. So if you order from outside the EU, you will pay the price excluding taxes, and the local taxes and/or import duties may be due upon delivery.

In addition to this, when you order from a country outside of Europe, you will be asked to pay in USD during check-out. Your bank will deduct the price from your account in local currency, in accordance with the current exchange rates.

Please make sure you enclose the details of the order (packing slip, invoice or printed order confirmation) so that we know who returned the item. If the item is damaged, there is a different procedure and we would ask you to contact our customer service team.

You'll get your money back within 14 days after we have received and processed the return shipment, provided the item is still in its original condition.

I haven't received anything yet, but the tracking says it is delivered.
Please contact our customer care department within 7 days after the parcel has been delivered according to the tracking. Our customer care team will contact the carrier to start an investigation into the whereabouts of the parcel.

Please be aware that this investigation can take up to 30 days. In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), PERDITI will either refund the customer (you) or PERDITI will try to re-ship the ordered product.

I'm trying to order at your website, but I can't seem to do so.

Our website uses a third party payment processor to process payments for us. If your payment isn't getting through please try with a different payment method or try again at a later moment. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer care department.

The PERDITI item I want to order is out of stock. When will you restock?
We are constantly working on restocking all of our products, and the sold out products are in production.
